You were agreed our store policy before shopping. We guarantee against
manufacturers' defects for 7 days from the date of the delivery. Products with
Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days may be returned directly to the
manufacturer according to their instructions. All returns/exchanges must be made
within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original
factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty
cards, manuals and accessories.
Items may be returned only with prior authorization. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with an exception where
Roxita.com has made an error by shipping and incorrect item to the customer. In
this case, Member must contact Roxita.com . Once item is returned back to the
warehouse a correct replacement unit will be shipped out or store credit issued
for the full amount of the order if the correct unit is unavailable. Roxita.com
must be informed of the receipt of incorrect merchandise within a week of the
delivery.
Unwanted Returns:Unwanted product returns will be
subject to a 20% restocking fee and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization
number (RMA#).Your package must pass the technicians, Any damages on products
will be deducted from payments.
Defective Items: A customer must return merchandise at their expense
within 10 days from the date of delivery with prior Return Merchandise
Authorization number. If an exchange is not requested at the issuing time of the
RMA, store credit will be applied once merchandise is returned back to the
warehouse after inspection is complete. Any damages by customer on products will
be deducted from payments.
If the return has been received to our warehouse after 10 days from the original
day of the receipt of the merchandise, it will be send to the Member at their
expense.
All reimbursements are done in the form of a company credit which can be used
towards new orders. Member may request a refund back to the credit card in which
case a 5% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the total amount of
the refund. Refunds may take 45 to 60 business days to post back to the credit
card.
Note: Shipping cost is not refundable and will
deduction from total amount of the refund.
Certain conditions and or restrictions apply:A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) must be obtained from our customer service
staff and is required for ALL returns. Merchandise must be returned within 7
days of the issuance of the RA#, after which the RA# expires. RAM’s are
non-renewable. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the
customer.
All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar
code intact and serial numbers, and all components, manuals and registration
card (s) included. Products using accessories such as adaptor, etc. must be
returned with the factory-sealed accessory or will require a deduction for a
replacement. A product that is returned incomplete or damaged -- if accepted --
will require a deduction. This deduction is final.
NOTE: Health and Beauty and any personal use products cannot be returned.

contain your RMA Number, we will not be able to issue you refund.

suggest insuring all of your returns. Roxita.com. accepts no responsibility for
lost or damaged items in transit.
*All returns are
subject to inspection by technicians. Please note all of our Merchandise is scanned and
bar-coded. If we receive your returned item and bar-code does not match our
system, we will not issue you refund and you will be responsible for return
shipping.
