Shipping: Our standard ground shipping takes from 5 to 7 business days within the continental United States. Generally international shipments take max 7 to 21 business days from day of shipment unless customs causes a delay for some reason.

If you have not received your order within the 15 business days limits OR have received the wrong product, please fill out our Shipping Error for our fulfillment department to correct.

Cancellation Policy: Once an order has been submitted, your credit card will be charged. Our ordering process is streamlined so your order will immediately be sent to processing and then shipping. Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we will be unable to cancel an order after it has been shipped. Please order carefully.

Return Policy: We guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 7 days from the date of the delivery. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. All returns/exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

Items may be returned only with prior authorization: All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with an exception where Roxita.com has made an error by shipping and incorrect item to the customer.  In this case, Member must contact Roxita.com. Once item is returned back to the warehouse a correct replacement unit will be shipped out or store credit issued for the full amount of the order if the correct unit is unavailable. Roxita.com must be informed of the receipt of incorrect merchandise within a week of the delivery.

Unwanted Returns: Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).

Defective Items:  A customer must return merchandise at their expense within 7 days from the date of delivery with prior Return Merchandise Authorization number. If an exchange is not requested at the issuing time of the RMA and automatic store credit will be applied once merchandise is returned back to the warehouse.

If the return has been received to our warehouse after 7 days from the original day of the receipt of the merchandise, it will be send to the Member at their expense.

All reimbursements are done in the form of a company credit which can be used towards new orders. Member may request a refund back to the credit card in which case a 5% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.  Refunds may take 45 to 60 business days to post back to the credit card.

Note: Shipping cost is not refundable and will deduction from total amount of the refund.

Certain conditions and/or restrictions apply: A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) must be obtained from our customer service staff and is required for ALL returns. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of the issuance of the RA#, after which the RA# expires. RA#'s are non-renewable. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Roxita.com reserves the right to return any merchandise without a valid RA# to the customer!

All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact and serial numbers, and all components, manuals and registration card (s) included. Products using accessories such as adaptor, etc. must be returned with the factory-sealed accessory or will require a deduction for a replacement. A product that is returned incomplete or damaged -- if accepted -- will require a deduction. This deduction is final.

Special Orders: The special order usually ship directly from Factory, our other business partners or from other countries .The special order is required customer pre pay for an order. Return on the special order isn't acceptable. 30-day money back guarantee does not apply to special orders.

NOTE: Health, Beauty products and any personal use products cannot be returned!
